Children - Beech Lodge does not accommodate children under the age of 8

Check-in- from 3.00pm. After reservation is made you will receive access details to Beech Lodge. Please let us know if these are not received

Parking- We have parking at the front for our guests for cars and bikes. Lockup is available for cycles if required (Please let us know in advance if you require lockup facility) Car, bike parking and lockup facility is used at car and bike owners risk - The owner of beech lodge will not be held reponsible for any loss or damage incurrred to the bike or car

WiFi- There is fast free internet access

Deposit- To secure a booking we ask for card details only. No Payment is required although we have the right to preauthorise your card. Payment at time of booking can also be carried out if required i.e Business travel reservation.
We can accept payment over the phone using a debit/credit card

Payment- we accept cash, bank transfer and most major credit & debit cards (not Amex or Diners)

Cancellations- we are aware that sometimes our guests, for various reasons, need to cancel a booking. We highly recommend Holiday Insurance, which is inexpensive and protects you should circumstances mean you are unable to enjoy your booking.
You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your arrival date and time on that date of 10am at no charge.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival you are liable for 50% of the total cost of the booking if the room remains vacant after readvertising.
If you book with us but fail to show up , termed a "No Show" , then you will be liable for the full amount of your stay regardless.

Smoking- please note our hotel is strictly non- smoking throughout, but ashtrays are supplied for smoking outside

Dogs- Beech Lodge is unable to accommodate dogs or other pets

Access- Our reception area and breakfast room are level with the street and are easily reached through our front entrance. Our bedrooms are all situated on the first floor. Access is available 24hours per day during your stay.
