On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious dining room, a cosy children’s sitting room, separate games area with table football and a grand formal lounge with double doors leading to the garden. At the heart of the home is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar and informal dining area. There’s also a bathroom with a shower over the bath, a separate cloakroom, and a generous laundry room.

Upstairs, there are five beautifully furnished bedrooms: two twin rooms and one double, each with an ensuite shower room, and a third twin room near the family bathroom. The impressive master suite is slightly separated from the other bedrooms, offering a large ensuite shower room and a private sitting area. There are also two portable ‘zed beds’ for children which can be set up in any of the double bedrooms.

Just a five-minute drive away, explore the New Forest National Park with its scenic walks, cycling, and horse riding amongst free-roaming ponies. Local attractions include the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum, and Lymington Sea Water Swimming Baths with inflatable courses, paddle boarding, and kayak hire.
