BEECH LODGE HOLIDAY LET

We are situated between the beautiful and picturesque New Forest and a stone’s throw from the Beaches at Barton on Sea and only a couple of miles from the sandy beaches in Mudeford.

When you enter Beech Lodge a warm reception area welcomes you in, with a large dining space for great family gatherings and parties. Our large kitchen and breakfast area is the central hub of the home with all the mod cons including a coffee machine, range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer and an American style fridge freezer. Just off the kitchen is a small hallway which leads to the utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second under counter fridge. This leads to the garage where the bins are stored and has access to the front drive. This area is also used for bike storage and EV charging point. Next to the utility room is a WC and adjacent to this there is a small snug with a smart TV, along with plenty of board games and jigsaws for a rainy day. This is a perfect space if you want to relax and watch something away from the larger group or for the younger guests. Finally, a large and spacious lounge awaits you after a long day of sightseeing (because being on holiday is exhausting!) Here you can kick back and enjoy a glass of something and on a sunny day open the french doors to the garden. The back garden has an outdoor seating area under the pergola or you can unwind in the secluded courtyard where the BBQ awaits and the party lights give the ambiance of a Mediterranean vibe. Just off the large lounge is a games room with a multi games table of fuse ball, air hocky, table tennis and many other games as well as a magnetic dart board.

Upstairs we can accommodate 10 guests along with two babies (only one travel cot provided) or two small children on foldup beds. You have a choice of five rooms. Four of which are ensuite and one with its own separate private bathroom. There is also an extra bathroom downstairs. Two of the rooms have optional bed configuration of either twin beds or a super-king bed. Two more bedrooms offer a double bed and a king bed and the smaller of the rooms is a twin only.
