Terms and Conditions

Children – Beech Lodge is adult only Guest Accommodation. We do not accommodate guests under the age of 16.

Check-in – From 5.00pm. Earlier Check-In can be arranged and must be requested before hand. After reservation is made you will receive access details to Beech Lodge. Please let us know if these are not received.

Check-out – By 10.30am. We do not offer late check out. Failure to check out by 10.30 will incur an extra charge of £25.00.

Parking – Parking is available on our drive on a first come first served basis. There is also free parking on the road directly outside the guest Accommodation. Lockup is available for cycles if required (Please let us know in advance if you require lockup facility) Car, bike parking and lockup facility is used at the owners risk – The owner of Beech Lodge will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred to your property.

WiFi – There is fast free internet access in all rooms.

reservation  – Reservation can be made by credit/debit card.

Payment – We accept cash and most major credit & debit cards.
We can accept payment over the phone using a debit/credit card, if wishing to pay  in advance .

Cancellations – We are aware that sometimes our guests, for various reasons, need to cancel their booking. We highly recommend Holiday Insurance, which is inexpensive and protects you should your circumstances change and you are unable to stay or fulfill your booking.
You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your arrival date at 10am and incur no charge unless you have reserved a non-refundable booking 
If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date you are liable for 50% of the total cost of the booking.
If you book with us but fail to show up , termed a “No Show”, then you will be liable for the full amount of your stay regardless.

Card details are taken at time of booking and we reserve the right to pre-authorize your card to prove vailidity.

Smoking – please note our guest house  is strictly non- smoking throughout, but ashtrays are supplied for smoking outside

Dogs and other pets – Unfortunately, Beech Lodge is unable to accommodate dogs or other pets. We do not have a garden or walks from the property which are suitable.

Access – Our reception area is level with the street and is easily reached through our front entrance. Our bedrooms are all situated on the first floor. Access is available 24 hours per day during your stay, but please respect other guests when returning late or departing early
